Where do you ship?

Currently, we ship only within Poland.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept payments via Stripe (card) and BLIK / bank transfers.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days via local courier services.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes – unused items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days. Contact us at store@fallfromashes.com with your order number or use the form in the Contact us tab.

Do you offer different sizes?

We currently offers sizes Medium and Large in an oversized fit. See our Size Guide for details.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please email us at store@fallfromashes.com with a photo and your order number. We’ll sort it out quickly.
